Information Theory Library (ITL):

Contributed as the primary student developer of ITL, a parallel data analysis tool which leverages information theory for both in situ and post-simulation processing of big data to derive scientific insight. It is available at ANL for use by the domain scientists working on climate, combustion and cosmology research. Do-It-Yourself Analysis (DYI):

Participated in the development of DYI, a general-purpose and scalable data management and analysis library. It is used by domain scientists at multiple national labs.


Participated in the development of OSUFlow, a flow visualization library developed at Ohio State. It is now available at ANL for use by combustion and fluid dynamics simulation experts. It has recently been integrated into VTK - a popular open source package developed by Kitware Inc.
